Connections: As I mentioned, The Ashtray Hearts are behind the Apartment Music sampler, which brought many of these artist to my attention. They also organized the “Heartbreak and Harmony” shows at various clubs around the Twin Cities, which brought some of the Apartment Music artists to the same stage. Quillan Roe appears elsewhere on the album singing back up.
